2. You invest and develop in the property
We guide you through purchasing and refurbishing a property to meet the standards required by the provider, focusing on quality, practicality, and long-term use. We can help refer the build teams we operate with.
3. The property is leased to the provider
Once ready, the home is leased to the housing provider. They manage the tenants and coordinate the support, so you’re not involved in daily operations. The lease provides a stable income over a fixed term. The model is built around long-term use and social value.
We collaborate with investors, developers and housing providers to identify properties that are well suited to the needs of tenants. Our focus is on sourcing secure, modern homes that are practical for tenants and commercially viable for all parties involved.
